A blind man is suing McDonald's after they refused to serve him from the drive-thru.
Tl;dr: A blind man walks up to a drive-thru late at night and has a fit when they don't serve him. Keep in mind that the lobby was closed and only the drive-thru is open.
It is the policy of McDonald's not to serve pedestrians at the drive-thru due to the potential safety risk it creates. If this man wanted food so bad he should have gotten someone to drive him or waited until normal hours.
This is what entitlement creates folks. Also, why is a blind man walking around late at night in the first place?

They should have given him a bunch of wrappings and cardboard and said it was a Big Mac.

As much as that sucks for that guy, I think a lawsuit is far too drastic of a response. If this goes down in a similar fashion to how the hot-coffee-in-lap situation went down, I will have lost the last shred of respect that I still held for the justice system.

How did he find the McDonalds?

Gotta hate when blind people get all hot and bothered because they aren't allowed to drive. You can't feel bad for stupid, and being blind is no exception.
