Bungie. Rift has been a terrible experience so far this morning. The video shows my 3rd Game I went into that I haven't won. The main reasons why I went into Rift was to win 1 match for a Weekly Crucible Bounty and to practice Using The Last Word. (Note: Video from rate drops at end to record via Xbox One DVR). Game starts against a team of six. As a side note; [i]please optimize teams of 2 or more go against different teams of two or more. Either that or try to reduce the latency in Freelance 6v6.[/i] I get swarmed by many area of effect grenades which is fine. Then I NEARLY get Spawned Killed. After that, someone on my team leaves, resulting in a 6v5/6v4 (I don't know). Then it goes down hill. I'm the only person on my team Getting points and getting spawned killed Immediately. 1 more person leaves, two people go afk, people join in. I did get a rift in. But after that more spawn killing. Then we get Mercy Ruled before Heavy Round. The issue I had was repeatedly being spawned kill. [b][i][u]Its like the other team knowing where the Spawn Points are for the maps in Rift.[/u][/i][/b] This is a problem in other game modes to when someone gets killed, spawns next to an enemy with roaming super(s) and gets killed. Spawning in Rift also takes WAY TOO LONG. Its enough time to get to the area to get spawned at and potentially DIE. Other issues involved me being matchmade with people not knowing how to pick up a spark. [b][i][u]My Feedback:[/u][/i][/b] -Optimize Matchmaking for Connection based AND Objective Play -Fix the Spawn Points in Rift -Make Rift Detonation earn more points. (1700 to 3000 points). -Make Spawning a shorter time frame. (Make it 3 seconds instead of 5 seconds). I really enjoy Rift, but if this keeps going, I'll lose the motivation to play The Game mode. I like being a Spark Runner a lot.
