Day one Xbox One owner here.
I believe that unless Bungie allows all your purchased destiny content to transfer from old to next gen, then all DLC should be released for what ever generation the main game was playable on.
Destiny 2 should be next gen only.

Agreed I'm a ps4 user so it doesn't bother or affect me but I do think that if your going to make a game for PS3 and Xbox you should at least see it out until the end not screw them on the last quarter
