Why should old gen be dropped for an expansion of a game that's available on old gen? Seems like bungie are doing their usual. Should wait till destiny 2.

Black Ops III did this too they ditched last Gen from expansions
-
So why does that make it ok?
-
Its not OK. System limitations are holding current gene
-
Yeah that's destinys problems
-
No‚ Current Gen has been held back because of last gen limitations on RAM
-
So why not just make a new game?
-
Right... Let's continue ignoring the problem until we have time to fully release a game... Makes so much sense. 1/2 GB of Ram compared to 8GB of Ram. I think it's safe to say Old gen should never have happened for Destiny.
-
Yeah it shouldn't have and you'd have no problem. Is that difficult for people to understand.

Edited by TOMMYKNOCKERS: 6/9/2016 9:56:28 AMOnly Bungie? Dragon Age, and GTA 5 both dropped their old gen support. Circle of life. Time to move on.
-
Ok so others than just bungie as well that better. Shouldn't make a game and drop it. Just make a new game instead of making people buy the game twice.
-
Just think of it as a new game then. On the plus side, you really only need to save $25 a week from now till Sept. That's mowing one neighbor's lawn...
-
So I don't require the previous game/expansions then since its a new game? P.s That's prity good for mowing the lawn.
-
Dude.. Can you just drop it. The 360 and PS3 are a decade old... Do you know what else is a decade old? https://www.google.com/#q=Motorola%E2%80%99s+Q Do you still think this phone should get supported still? The only reason the 360 still gets support is because it's just barely good enough to satisfy the itch for some people. But it's holding back the rest of the gamers.
-
Shouldn't need to buy the game twice to play expansions
-
I'm starting to wonder if the same people complaining about this are the ones who think every DLC should be free...
-
You just keep wondering
-
Well I'm sure there will be a $60 version that will include the expansions also... Maybe it'll be $70. But in that case you could just treat it like a standard game then. That said... Did you think a game that was "constantly growing" wouldn't eventually outgrow last gen?
-
Yeah i did that's why i got it for xbox one instead of 360. Also i thought that was the point of destiny 2.
