A rocket launcher being the best weapon ever? Ha. It was only ever good for PvE activities. Considering that's its part of a pre-order bonus, I doubt its going to be exotic.
Emphasis on doubt.
Edit: I heard its a weapon skin. Shit, that's definitely going to make you some unstoppable beast. On another note: SWEET, weapon skins.
