Not really because it's not about paying, it's about WHEN you pay. Plus I'm guessing there's a non-black Y3 gjally anyway. And you still will pay the same for access to that.
So, are you implying you should get the new gear WITHOUT buying the DLC?

When you pre order, when you complete the quest for a Y3 gjali you get the normal and black version just a small diffrence, peapole didnt notice the quest part
