Could I watch E3 conferences on my phone?
Which app would be the most reliable? Is there a Twitch app I could use if necessary? Or do the publishers use YouTube?
Every year, I try to remember. Every year, I forget.
I'm asking primarily about the Sony conference (2-3:30 AM for me)... Probably gonna skip Bethesda at -blam!-ing 3 AM the previous day. After working 8 hours. Plus Sony seems to have the biggest surprises these days.

Most should be streamed on twitch, just download the the twitch app.
