Crack!
"Ah... Shit! Disengage you stupid... Agh..."
Lucien rolls over onto his stomach, his head pounding. He taps his helmet, trying to get his interface to stop freaking out. Looking around he sighs... Probably just another hangover... But he didn't recognize this place. He holds his head with a grunt, sitting on his knees. Suddenly, a noise at his side spooks him. It's a woman, easily dwarfed in comparison to him wearing some ridiculously skimpy outfit... Her hair pushed back and her cheeks full of delicate color. So Lucien does what sane people do and pokes her cheek with a pointy metal finger.

Azalea wakes with a start, her eyes burning with fear... And she quickly bites down on the metal finger poking her cheek and quickly draws blood.
"Bah...! What the hell is wrong with you...? And why are your teeth so damn sharp?"
"Don't poke me!"
She gets to her feet in a huff, Lucien simply looking up at her, bewildered. He speaks up again, looking around.
"Hey... Do you think me and you... You know... While we..."
"No! You probably have teeth down there."
"Can't be sharper than yours..."
He says with a chuckle, getting to his feet. He adjusts the large brown and dirty scarf around his neck and checks his sides. He was still armed... From what he could tell.
"You remember anything...?"
"No. You?"
"Yeah. Plenty. I know all about myself, where I come from, what I do... But not how I got here."
"Then let's find out where here is."
She takes off down the street, not exactly waiting for her giant companion. Lucien huffs and follows slowly behind her, his large metal hands falling into his pockets.
Open! Sorry for the silly intro. Never been good with a starting post, and excuse me if I get stuff wrong. I'm not very good with Warhammer stuff.
"Hmmm. I guess depends on how you feel about daemons." He says, his arms folding. He'd humor them, but nothing more. He knew he could survive... At least from warp abominations and cultists... And he saw the Imperium as no better, but it all hinged on protecting his partner.
-
"Fine, but if you change your mind look for the Imperial Guardsmen camp, Inquisitor Ling is controlling it currently. It's not hard to miss." They said and they marched off.
-
Lucien chuckles and whistles quietly. His companion suddenly steps out of the shadows, looking up at him with defiant eyes. "I think that was a no on the daemons." "Of course it was. They'd shoot me on sight and take you prisoner." "Probably. I'm sorry Lea... I wish it was different." She looks away from him, her eyes crossing with some raw emotion. "Well... Time to get moving. Got to protect our rectums after all." He pads in the opposite direction, his companion following behind.
End
Wherever they were, this place was as grim as it got. Rusty walls, dried up blood, this place sucked. A constant smell of decaying flesh inhabited the hallways, it sure as hell wasn't a luxury resort. Ominous sounds came from all around them, as if they were not alone... they felt the constant unease of being watched.
-
"You know... I don't think this is Kansas." "Nice deduction." Lucien shakes his head in amusement and looks around. His hands were close enough to his massive revolvers just in case something popped out... But it was clear he wasn't in a good place... "Maybe we should call a cab." "Or you could shut up." On the other hand... Azalea didn't seem to care, marching along with her eyes filled with determination. This was already starting to feel like home... At least to her.
-
As they marched onwards, they soon stumbled upon a room built like what seemed to be a cathedral of sorts. But not to any god. In there, wicked, tainted cultists of chaos praised their lord Slaanesh in the most twisted of ways. The entire room reeked of human fluids, screams of pain and joy intermixed into a chorus to the glory of Slaanesh, the prince of pain and pleasure. With merely a glance towards the wicked worshippers, the duo could tell these people were not friendly. Not at all.
-
Lucien quickly grabs Azalea and hoists her behind the entrance, peaking out himself and looking around the room, hoping he wasn't spotted. He didn't want to get into some conflict he wasn't originally apart of... Though... He figured he could outrun at least most of them... If most were human. And Azalea could always fly away... She was a daemon after all... Or least part of one.
-
Suddenly, the Cultists seem to grow agitated. Battle seems to have broken out... but the Cultists seemed to be in a panic. They were being attacked, and didn't know from where, or how. Their bodies were being shredded to bits, as if cut apart my meshes of steel wire. In fury and panic, they fired off their las pistols and bolt pistols at random, hoping to strike something. But no such luck for them. Little by little, their numbers thinned, buildings were set ablaze, their camp was being raided to the ground.
-
"Well shit... I think we best be going before we join their numbers." Lucien motions for Azalea to keep moving back, but he stays to watch for just a little longer... And when he is not looking, she returns to do the same...
-
Soon enough, the camp was reduced to nothingness. In front of the flames, a single figure appeared out of thin air, from nowhere. The figure was about six feet in height, clad in a strange armour. The suit was covered in strange glowing stones, and around it hovered floating, magical scrolls of runes. Although her two arms were there, four more protruded from the armour. the two lower arms were quite short, but still long enough to be quite mobile. They didn't have much for arms, since they were both the same type of strange weapon shown in the picture linked to this. Her upper two arms were longer than the bottom ones, but instead of guns they were long, runed blades that glowed with an eerie power. Simply by looking at them, they could feel it's strength. The armour itself was quite odd. The helmet piece and breast plate were mostly coloured in white, the arms and legs, however, turned into a fearsome, deep purple. the cloak, additional armour features and bottom of the headplate were a mix of pitch black and red. The eyes were a piercing violet. In her free hands, the woman held a double bladed staff with six blades, one on each tip and two below each of the said tips, and a strange pistol in her other hand, that had twin cannons, one above and one below.
-
"What is she...?" Lucien startles and looks at his partner is frustration. "I don't know! Didn't I tell you to hide?" Azalea shrugs, her strange orange eyes looking up at her friend in mischief. He sighs and rests a hand carefully on his revolver "Solace". It was a massive piece, with four chambers and eight shots... Each able to break entire buildings in one hit... But it would be loud... He would only draw it if this... Person turned out to be hostile.
-
The person turned it's head towards them. They were being quite noisy. But, then again, lucky for them, Macha was a peaceful person, only showing her wrath against opponents like the ones whose camp she had just burned to the ground. "You two. Over there. Step into the light."
-
"Ohhh. Good job. Now we are gonna have to pay a fine." "When was the last time you had money?!" "I don't know! But at least I can make money doing other things besides looking pretty!" They step forward... Yet continue to bicker. They were like bitter siblings... Or just two incoherent idiots.
-
She sighs. "Humans... all the same." Suddenly, she bamfs out of existence, appearing in front of them. And yes, bamfing is a real term, created by marvel comics. Look it up if you don't believe me. "I have no interest in your money. I am, however, interested in your knowledge. When did you get here?"
-
Lucien speaks up... He seemed like the dominant one... After all... He was close to seven feet tall, was inhumanly muscular, and wore heavy metal armor. "We don't know... We sorta just woke up here... We aren't human though... At least she isn't." He motions to the scantily clad woman with orange eyes and black hair. She held nice curves that gave her an hourglass shape with fair skin. "And uh, my license says 'jackass' on it... So I guess I don't count either." He jokes, rubbing the back of his neck sheepishly. He wasn't very clever when he was anxious.
-
The woman herself had a perfect physique. The armour was hugging her curves tightly, letting her hourglass physique be seen. "Hmph. Another dead end, then..." She then proceeds to stare at Azalea. "You. You wouldn't happen to be a servamt of the Pain god, would you not?" She had a hint of disdain in her voice, as if that matter brought great hatred upon her.
-
"Nope. I serve no one but myself." Azalea says in snarky defiance, her arms folding. Lucien shoots her an annoyed glance, despite his face being covered by five layers of heavy plating. "She uh, she's with me. We don't need trouble on our pasts." Lucien says, slightly more firm. Despite his dumbass demeanor, something else was there... Strength certainly... But fierce intelligence as well. It sorta just rolled off of him.
-
"Good." She stops staring at her, looking back at Lucien. "You won't survive out here for long on your own. You need to find someplace secure to stay."
-
"We'd rather take our chances!" Azalea remarks. Lucien quickly slams a metal claw over her face to keep her from saying more. "Yeah. That would help... You have an idea or general place we should head?"
-
"The Mon'Keigh imperials have a fortified position. Although their technology is primitive, they know how to defend themselves."
-
"I'm sure that would work... Uh, I'm Malform by the way. This is Lea. Though you can call her Stubborn, she doesn't mind." Azalea mumbles something incoherent under the giant hand, clearly upset.
-
"I am Farseer Macha, of Eldar Craftworld Biel Tan, Warp Spider Phoenix Lord. But you can call me Macha."
-
"Wow. If that's just your name... I don't want to see your credentials." He jokes. "So... Does that mean we are in the warp...?"
-
"those are my credentials. And as for this ship... not exactly. It travels freely between both warp and realspace."
-
"Well... That's impressive... I think." He removes his large hand looks at the mess of destruction that she left. "Well... I know who not to piss off."
