A user on Reddit has uncovered the possible year two moments of triumph. Looks pretty official, but take this with a grain of salt.
Challenge of the Elders: Complete an Elder's Sigil scorecard in the Prison of Elders.
The Play's the Thing: Complete Taken King questline, culminating in "Regicide" story mission.
The Third Element: Equip a fully leveled year two subclass on any character.
This is Amazing: Complete the Crucible questline culminating in "The Mountaintop"
Eris Morn's Revenge: Collect all 50 Calcified Fragments.
A Blade Reborn: Complete any of the exotic sword questlines from Shaxx.
Return to the Reef: Complete the April Update quests "At the Gates" and "Return to the Prison."
The Sword Logic: Defeat Oryx in the King's Fall Raid on Hard difficulty.
So what do you guys think? Plausible? If it's true, how difficult do you think it will be to obtain Year Two MoT compared to Year One?
Are any of you already done with this? I just have to do last part of the Crucible questline. (Not much for PvP.)
Credit for the discovery is in the link, and goes to Reddit user vivekhnz. Thanks for the info!
Edit: If anyone wants help with the raid, PoE, or any of the questlines, I would be happy to give a hand. I'm usually on in the evenings from 7-10pm (central time) and all day Tuesday. If you are on XB1 and are interested in helping Sherpa or want to get in on a fireteam, just PM me on the companion app or XB1 and we'll set something up. Any volunteers for PS4 would be gladly appreciated. My gamertag is PresidenteBush. My only requirements are that you be willing to listen and follow instructions. Other than that, anyone is welcome to message me. I'm sure I can't help everyone as I work full time, but I will where I can.

Thanks for the post. Hoping it's legit, I'm done the list already.
-
Looks like I've done the Y2 Moments of Triumph. All of those are things people should have done if they are avid destiny players.
-
All I have left are those last few stupid calcified fragments and hard mode oryx.
-
I doubt they'll make you find all 50 fragments. That's a little too ridiculous.
-
Edited by Grim6I9: 6/23/2016 11:42:34 AMSo all of need is 3 fragments and to do hardmode. All I needed last year was skolas and I didn't bother. Probably won't do this either. I finished crucible pretty easily though, plus the nightfall rewards are worth it for me since I don't raid. They should add on "get your s level license in Srl" lmao
-
That's fake. There is no way in hell bungie would alienate the majority of the community by making them have to finish the shax crucible quest line. No way. That was hard for people who love pvp, I can imagine how hard it would be for someone who hates pvp or hasn't even been in pvp.
-
Edited by huntik9999: 6/23/2016 7:52:06 AMWhy do people think the cruicable quest line is so hard? I did it when ttk fist came out and when it was 10x harder. Mabye it's cuz I love pvp but oryx on hard is 100x harder than going flawless
-
And as with last year, finished before it started...
-
I'm gonna fuckin cry laughing when all the casual PvE players do the crucible quest line and it's not even gonna be part of MoT. I'll applaud bungie for the biggest troll ever. 😂️
-
Skolas in year 1 gave me more trouble than any of the things on that list, but seems reasonable. Attainable, but you have to do a little of everything to attain it
-
Im already working on it only need to finish this is amazing
-
Edited by Kenshin5599: 6/17/2016 6:56:01 PMThe mountain top quest is really getting on my nerves. I'm at the hand cannon kills, and 9 points for elimination. My K/D has drop hard cause I suck with hand cannons.
-
If this actually is what the moments of triumph will be i won't need to do anything else as i've done everything there.
-
How do you start the crucible quest line. (Really, I hardly ever play PVP)
-
Edited by Alph4 Cent4uri: 6/18/2016 2:30:35 PMIf this is right then the only thing i havent done is the pvp quest, which i refuse to do because I HATE PVP it is the bane of any game but that is just my opinion.....and to be honest an emblem aint worth it.......i got the yr1 emblem thats good enough.....even though its ugly as shit
-
Edited by House_Of_Ninjas: 6/18/2016 6:13:07 PMI doubt it, the last Moments of Triumph didn't have serious pvp goals, and I doubt this one will either.
-
Would you need all 50 fragments on account or on one character??
-
Hell no, that crucible quest line isn't worth it. I'm fine with my Laura Prima emblem and Old Guard, thank you.
-
Three of those are the same thing and can be completed with one raid run. I don't believe it. I expect that it's a rough draft at the very least, and there will be modifications. I would guess that something from RoI will be a part of it.
-
2 quest steps away from finishing the Crucible stuff, grinded the weapon kills and game mode matches out today I thought that it might be a MoT requirement so I started it again few weeks ago (80% PvE player) I am surprised SRL and Crimson Days quests weren't counted too
-
If this is truly the Year 2 Moments of Triumph then I am done. All 3 exotic swords, Crucible questline done on all 3 characters.
-
Need to get the 50 fragments, need to do hard raid and challenge of elders
-
Gg, am never gonna complete hard kings fall. I never get invited and when I do I get blammed for getting 1 hit by the ship.
-
2 parts dont make sense to me, completion of regicide and the return to the reef. I would consolidate those into kf hard and coe sigil. In their places i would expect participation in srl and crimson days
-
everything done...
