Not really, though. This is an endgame achievement, and if someone doesn't raid, they're not interested in the end game anyway so it shouldn't really matter to them.

I felt like this was supposed to be for all players who were a part of year 2. But, I just remembered Bungie did VIP/Veteran rewards along with MoT in Y1. As long as that is there this time around, it's cool.
