I'm hoping that the calcified fragments isn't a moment of triumph, I picked up two before talking to Eris so #2 is glitched for me.

Ugh that's lame. Have you reported the glitch? Have you checked the grimoire to make sure it isn't counted?

I don't have the grimoire but I've tracked down most of the fragments and I remember picking up a fragment in the spot where II is supposed to be. Hopefully if this is a moment of triumph they could make this account based somehow.
