Just have 3-6 line up on the bridge, yo.

^This. You assign number 1-6. #1 is your first primary gazeholder. #2 is the second most important job. At 10 seconds, #2 jumps out to the rear right bridge and takes gaze as the timer expires. Then 3-6 go to the right rear bridge (where #2 just was) as #2 runs around to the front left, where #1 originally took the gaze. The purpose of this is to turn Golgoroth so that his back is facing the bridge so the next player can take gaze when it is their turn. As soon as #2 gets to the front, #3 takes the gaze as soon as Golgoroth's back opens. Then #3 takes it and runs around, so on and so forth. After #6 timer runs out, rinse and repeat.

Most good gaze grabbers grab gaze from the entrance side of the room, on the high structure in the left side.
