True, I did NM before HM was released and had a really cool Sherpa & it was a breeze. Then 2nd time it took forever to get a co-ordinated team of randoms and spent too long waiting in orbit etc that it just put me off.

I get you yes. Raid groups function best with a good fireteam leader. A lot of people making groups forget that if you don't manage time, roles and class diversity it's going wrong very fast.
