While I may be a Beta player (on 360), the reason is that I'm deaf, and things just got alot harder with the April Update that brings tons of Kinderguardians (Year 2 players) to the highest light level, which may likely lie their way through to the fireteam.
That and there are so many absurd 'requirements' on the lfg sites.

Then don't use LFG or be particular about who you join with. You can also start your own LFG group too and let people know you're deaf before starting. If you were on PS, I'd gladly offer the services of our clan. We're happy to take anybody through and take our time.
