Sort of but I think you might be surprise at the number of people who haven't complete King's Fall HM or Sigil of the Elders or that Crucible quest or don't have exotic swords, etc.

Not really I haven't done the crucible line cause it's annoying and I hate being forced to play rumble, skirmish, and salvage my least favorites. Other have not done the sword because they don't want to. I have a couple of friends who haven't beaten hard mode cause Kings Fall is the worst raid. So I wouldn't be surprised at all.
