Perfect balance, counterbalance, hand laid stock, and army of one.. I did get mine before this strike became a nightfall :)

Same here. I nearly have the exact roll you have except it doesn't have hand laid stock but counterbalance, perfect balance, and army of one along with a good range scope. I also got it before the nightfall.
