I don't think I did the Crucible one, but I don't see it in my inventory or the kiosk. What early quest names should I be looking for?
Also, in the abandoned quest kiosk, I see one screen of quests. At the top right, it says 1/3. But when I scroll to pages 2 and 3, they are empty.

That's a glitch. You have take all of the abandoned quests to see the other ones.

It's a bug that apparently they don't know about. Just keep picking up the quests off of page 1 and eventually all the quests from 2 and 3 will migrate to 1.

The quest is called "Crucible Forged" you will get it from reaching rank 3
