Why didn't they include Flawless on year one MoT?
For the same reason the challenges and flawless will be left off year 2. Only a very small percentage of the player base has completed them.

Trials never has been included. I think you can get the challenge mode fragments on normal difficulty, so it isn't a far stretch to the think requiring 50 should be obtainable.
