2 parts dont make sense to me, completion of regicide and the return to the reef. I would consolidate those into kf hard and coe sigil.
In their places i would expect participation in srl and crimson days

They are not going to put those on there since they were optional for players. Not any kind of triumph.

They were for 2 or 3 weeks only, depending on the event. There's no way Bungie would include those.
