I've been a Bladedancer main since the early days of Destiny, in PvP at least. Over the course of 2.5 years, it has seen nerfs to the following:
Arc Blade damage
Arc Blade duration
Arc Blade swipe super usage
Arc Blade hit detection (now fixed, kind of)
Arc Bolt Grenade damage
Arc Bolt grenade radius
Skip Grenade damage
Skip Grenade tracking duration
Skip Grenade -1 tracker
Flux Grenade magnetism
Blink distance
Blink preparedness time (x2)
Blink cool down
Blink -1 recovery
Blink removes HUD
Quick Draw ready time (x2)
Blink Strike range
Blink Strike Escape Artist activation time
Blink Strike Backstab activation window
Blink Strike Fast Twitch cool down
Stalker activation time
Hungering Blade health regeneration
The only skill perks that haven't seen a nerf are Showstopper, Fleet Footed, Shadow Jack, & Encore.
Staggering, really.

Yup. Encore received a slight nerf. You can't extend it's duration as long as was possible pre patch. It's a small nerf that is mostly made up by third man. But you really can't miss a single swing. And you have to be near lots of enemies. Honestly encore is still worth choosing just because of the 150% damage increase. But tarantula is the better exotic over third man. At least in most pve situations.
