This may be more of a what the heck story but the other day, I had been walking around the cosmodrome. I always love to wave at low-levels because lots of them like to check out my gear and sometimes they actually end up asking how I get certain things. So anyway I see this level 6 or 7 Hunter roaming along in the distance and I wave to him. He pauses in his tracks, and does a dramatic slow turn to face me. He stares at me for a moment. And I kid you not this man straight up blew me a kiss, then faded into orbit. He never pulled out his ghost. He just faded away. Needless to say I never saw him again.
