I swear some sort of divine power must've been at hand when this dropped! I don't think anyone can have this good of rng when it comes to bad weapon rolls!

Surrounded... increased damage when 3 or 4 people are around you... if 3 or more people are around you in close range in PvP you wouldnt try take them on with a pulse rifle.
