[spoiler]not even gonna invite him in?[/spoiler] He stood in the doorframe. "When can we arrange another date? I had so much fun tonight, I can't pass that occasion up."

[spoiler]Since you asked.[/spoiler] "Actually..if you come in now we can talk about that." Chloanne said to Roderick.

"Thank you." He steps in, looking around. "Homely. So this is where your brother lives? With this Macha girl?"

"Yes, I'm guessing they're both asleep.." At least that was the case with Ling. Probably getting his eye poked out by Machas ear once more. "It's..rather strange I know. But this is as weird as it gets.." She said.

"Them being together? I'm comfortable with that. I think that loves goes beyond species and gender. It's deeper than any of those barriers."

"That's exactly what their relationship is.." She said. "Do you think we can transcend that barrier..too?" That was a risky move, but it will be worth the effort if it is pulled off.

He smiled warmly at her, his hand on hers. "If you're willing to transcend it... absolutely."

"Then yes." She said, smiling at him. Holding Roderick's hands as well.

He stayed there, holding her hand, looking into her eyes softly, smiling. His hand was warm. He could feel his strong heart thumping in his chest. The red streak in her hair, her asian traits, her perfume, everything about her was amazing to him. Never before had he felt like that in his life, although he was quite young. Maybe, he thought, he felt love.

Chloanne was glad, glad she finally found someone who she liked. The minty forest smell he gave off was certainly perfect, she liked him as a whole. She leaned forward and hugged him.

He hugged her back, embracing her tightly, but not too tightly. Just right. Although he was absolutely beef, she could already tell he was a master at controlling his strength.

"You certainly are someone.." She said to herself..

"I could say the same about you..." He keeps hugging her. "I uh... I don't have a place to stay here. I usually wander from shelter to shelter. Think you could... lend me a hand..?"

"Oh! I think they may have a spare bedroom." [spoiler]I'm just bullshitting this for plot purposes. I seriously need to get my future planning game on.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Well, they can move out later on, or renovate it into this huge mcmansion[/spoiler] "I would like nothing else." He smirks, getting up.

She got up also, and walked down a short hallway until they reached the guest room. It was nothing fancy, a queen size bed, sheets and covers and very fluffy pillows. There was a lamp upon a nightstand that was lit. Other than that the room wasn't remarkable in the slightest.

That was all he needed. After all, it's not the room he cared about. It was the woman he shared it with. Once in the room with the door closed, he spoke. "I'll go take a shower. You get comfortable, I'll be joining you soon..."

"Alright then.." As Roderick left she took off the Commissar coat, revealing the red jumpsuit that was underneath. She place the coat on the door handle. "Now..where did I leave my night clothes..?" She said to herself. Chloanne couldn't just wear the jumpsuit to bed, it would be uncomfortable. She would either go in with only her underwear or find her night clothes..

Roderick walked to the bathroom, took off his clothes and had a very nice shower. A few minutes later he returned, ready for bed, wearing nothing but his underwear, which had an alluring bulge coming from it. Since he was only in his undergarments, it revealed the full girth, complexity and craftsmanship of his musculature: something most girls would have killed for.
