I played a hunter in the beta and mained one since. Later on I discovered shadestep on the NS subclass. It ruined GS and BD for me. A mobility ability that can both dodge and be used to misdirect. Wonderful, it was the sort of hunter specific ability I'd wanted, delighted at how well I thought it embodied the spirit of hunter style game play.
I tried out the new shadestep pretty extensively and it is much less appealing to me now. Kind of devastatingly less useful. Which is a shame because I don't feel any desire to stick with a hunter anymore.
I've started maining a defender titan since, which I am having a blast with. However I think a readjustment of shadestep is more than called for. Presently I'd say it's not capable of performing it's intended function in anyway that makes it nearly useful enough to equip.

Nightstalkers used to be ninjas now they are neutered dogs. I don't even want to play anymore.

The thing that actually makes me salty is the unfair nerfs to Gunslinger

I enjoyed the double shadestep in PVE as well it made the nightstalker unique and fun but now I am done.
