Do you Dead Orbiters even know your own lore?
So do any of you Dead Orbit supporters actually even know the lore behind your faction or all of you just like "OMG BLACK SHADAHZ, I CAN BE SO EMO AND EDGY!"

3 RepliesNot really. Don't care either. It's not like it affects the gameplay whatsoever. I have a different faction on each character to have the chance to get their different weapons and gear. It's not really a choice in the game that has any consequences so I don't find it important to only align with one.

I have a rough understanding of the lore but I mostly am attracted to the shaders, ships, weapons and hunter armour.

5 RepliesAccording to in-universe logic predicated on Darwinism, FWC is the only one that is right. War is a constant. What matters is the right to survive and exist and conquer. Heh. Almost sounds like the Darkness/Deep claim. So yeah. Future War Cult is the only one to embrace Reality. Everyone else hopes for false ideals.

As a soldier I think that the best faction is FWC because preparing for an inevitable is preferable to abandoning my home or installing a fascist government.

They send humans into simulation. They die or come back crazy. That are human experiments and against human rights. Dead orbit wants to leave earth. Dont protect all people in the last city. New monarchy want a single ruler. No democracy. i would simply hate all that factions.... and not group up with them. All assholes

Another typical door to door post from a New Monarchy salesman. See, I knew you were New Monarchy because your approach was to point out that which you don't agree with and call them cowards. A FWC representative would have just asked the question, "Which faction did you choose, and why?" They would listen, and the would ask more questions until the person started to doubt their decision the more answers they gave. New Monarchy = YOU'RE ALL GOIN' TO HELL!

Dead Orbit-leave the Jovians and disperse so if there's another big attack we won't become extinct. New Monarchy-disband the vanguard and elect one person to rule FWC-war is the only constant and should be embraced
