They did the 10% reduction on base damage, but since they nerfed all burns too it does quite a bit less damage. The only way it was a OHKO was a precision hit on the lowest armor someone could run plus a full burn.
So they said they nerfed it so it couldn't OHKO, which is fine, but why have the burn nerf too?

Yea, that one makes it so things take less damage from outside sources. But the base damage was 7 and now is 4.

Yea i noticed it on all the burns, even on incindiary grenade and sunstrike Itll get fixed soon surely
