Not really. Don't care either. It's not like it affects the gameplay whatsoever. I have a different faction on each character to have the chance to get their different weapons and gear. It's not really a choice in the game that has any consequences so I don't find it important to only align with one.

Yeah, I have no clue as to why people align themselves with one faction on all characters... "Oh, shit...can't let the Executor know I'm cheating with him on the War Cult, he'll be so pissed"

I could see if it actually meant something. But as with anything story related in destiny it just doesn't matter. There's no character connection at all really. If they could find a way to mix a good story, get us emotionally invested in our characters and choices, and stop the constant nerfing this game would have few equals. Gunplay is superb, that's what keeps me playing. The potential is so huge.

the closest we get are the patrol dialogues from Y1 and that mission on the Dreadnaught with Dead Orbit honestly
