What exactly was the nerf? If it was just so they don't ohk I can understand the reasoning because no other class can use that at such long range.

Low armor builds, the DOT from incendiary blade could OHK. They nerfed the base damage of throwing knives.

Nerfing the base damage I can understand although I think it would be better to have just nerf the DOT or crit multiplier
