Make characters customizable after you've made them? Sometimes you made a character that you thought looked good, but either realized it didn't or got sick of the look, so maybe implement a way to change things up like a haircut or spray paint store(for you exos). The currency could be glimmer or legendary marks, because people may not be willing to buy silver for hair(or paint). Sorry for the mini text wall, I was writing as ideas came to me.
