Instead of reducing damage across the board when a weapon is deemed "OP" why not instead just decrease the amount of non-precision damage it deals? It's a better way to promote more skilled play, while not completely FUBARing said weapon. Cause if you're getting shot in the head in the first place, you're pretty much dead anyway. Well...
As I segued on my original post; snipers. There should be zero reason - skill or otherwise - that I can get the first shot(s), usually precision, on a scoped (or unscoped) sniper, only for them to pop a singular bullet into my dome and go on about thumbing their butthole. Increase the flinch, add sway...something other than nothing. Cause there's practically no risk to missing a shot or getting caught with your pants down.
