Something I've never understood is the continued effort to make the change to throwing knives all about shoulder charge. It makes me wonder "is everyone here stupid?". If you're going to at least talk about unbalanced melee, talk about stormcaller melee with amplitude. It has the same range as throwing knife, is an actual basic melee the same as throwing knife (where as shoulder charge is not) autolocks and hits instantly. Obviously it can't crit, but that's hardly a drawback. Surely I'm not the only person that sees this?
