What are some obscure, not-so-popular games you are personally interested in?
Or if there are no obscure games you're currently interested in, are there any obscure games you're currently playing or were, at one point, playing?
-
Space Funeral is probably my favorite "obscure game." Crypt Worlds is pretty cool too.
-
Shofar the Hedgehog, no idea why they didn't put Sky Troops in Smash.
-
Infinite warfare. It really sets itself apart from the norm, obviously trying new ideas like.... Um..... Space?

Nekopara

Destiny #original joke

Cod infinite warfare

Abzü, or however you spell it.
-
Any of the Sakura games. I am accepting steam gifts.

Does darkest dungeon count?

Edited by kabrox18: 6/23/2016 5:21:01 PMI'd say Crysis 3 less because it's obscure (it had a commercial for crying out loud) but more because nobody besides myself and two others even likes that game for its story/game design. :,) Besides that, Pocket Mortys and any of Bart Bonte's games. (I don't know how obscure those actually are...) EDIT: Pepsiman and all the bizzare-ass games Cr1tikal plays.

Alien Swarm. Best FtP.

While the game they're working on is currently unannounced, I am interested in what V1 Interactive is cooking up.
For those wondering who V1 are, they're a video game company led by Marcus Lehto, as well as a few other ex-Bungie employees.

Please tell me that you know who Marcus Lehto is.
Edited by WooliestCargo34: 6/25/2016 3:41:00 PMMay not necessarily be obscure, but I've been waiting for "we happy few" since the reveal last year.....

Bulletstorm

Fallout 4 Overwatch Dark Souls 3 Not a lot of people have heard of these, but I think they're all great games. You guys should check them out.

Man, most people don't know what obscure means. I'm currently interested in: -Sir, You are Being Hunted Indie survival game about being hunted by English robots -Jazzpunk ??? Just look it up -Verdun Realistic WWI shooter. -House of the Dying Sun Spaceship dogfight game, with really cool mechanics and a e s t h e t i c -Unfortunate Spacemen A cool multiplayer game where a bunch of people are trying to escape a space station/ship, but one of them is a monster that wants to kill everyone. Like evolve, but good. And then really obscure games: -Void and Meddler A dark, haunting indie point-and-click about transsexuals and half human people in a cyberpunk future. -Led it Rain An absolutely shitty game about getting babes, driving motorcycles and killing zombies with sharks. -Wild Animal Racing (#1 on my Steam Wishlist) An even shittier game about generic, low quality animals racing in even more generic and low quality environments. (Buy me these games pls, I'm "the dad" on steam and I'll give you a hat in tf2 if you do) And then, some kinda obscure games I am playing: -Subnautica Kickass survival game, but with a twist: everything's under water. -Fistful of Frags Probably the best F2P game on steam. Similar to early Halo with combat mechanics, but it's a western shooter. Great, because from the start, all non-power weapons are unlocked, and there's no way to buy anything, making it entirely based on skill. All guns are pretty balanced, too. -Monstrum Fucking terrifying. -Neotokyo CS:GO like shooter, but in a cyberpunk setting. Really cool, but there's only one server left. Download it please, and bring friends. Please. -Exanima Physics based dungeon-crawling game with the most entertaining combat ever. Just play it, you'll know what I mean. Your basically throwing armed ragdolls at each other. -BallisticNG Futuristic racing game that's honestly more difficult than it should be. You only use the arrow keys and WASD (at the same time) but damn, it's hard to keep steady control. Fun, though. And even most of these games aren't very obscure. I feel like some people will pop in with really obscure games, but at least most people haven't played any of these.

Mordhau

Ori and the Blind Forest. Not as obscure as most of the games on here since it's had a fair share of attention from xbox and was shown at E3, but I never see anyone talking about it. One of the few 10/10 games I can say I've played.
-
Deep Down. I was hoping to hear or see more of it at E3, but nothing.
