Feel sorry for you working on a sinking ship called destiny. Anyone with gaming experience will know destiny is repetitive and boring after the raids and so called new strikes. The Witcher series, Mass Effect still has better enjoyment then destiny. A game based on luck is not exactly all that fun. People exploit the strike to try and get the perfect roll on strike specifics. Then there's people out there play it normally on how you intended it.
