Buffed? When? I would really like to know because I just remember then getting nerfed into oblivion after the first month of TTK.

The hammer of sol received a few buffs in the june update.

Is it back to being more viable in PvE and a little better in PvP now? I remember the first nerf to sunbreaker hit it pretty dang hard.

Not sure as I have yet to test it out, but people are claiming that sunbreakers are back apparently.
