Y1 PoE is the best place to farm them, you get a lot from the chests at the end

Yup, you get a bunch, and if you have a key for the big chest you get even more

The good thing is you dont need a treasure key for the big chest anymore

I think you can get 1 a week from petras bountys And sometimes you randomly get one from the 2 little chests
