You are correct. I was in the military, and spent time in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Haiti. Iraq and Afghanistan had a dry heat, Haiti had humidity, but not nearly as bad as it gets here.

Oh what it's like to experience the height of summer heat , and the height of storms in Northern Florida :-). I've never experienced this so called mythical "dry heat" before , but maybe one day ;-)
