There doesn't need to be a rotation. Everything is fine now.

I'm not saying there needs to be I'm just highlighting the system Bungie seems to be going by

It seems they'll never be happy with the "balance" of things. I think right now the weapons are fairly well balanced. I feel like some subclasses were over-nerfed though and need some more buffs.
