I really dont know, Improved Transfusion as a perk but that would be broken, you can put Headstrong, Shoulder charge on and run like usain bolt and kill everyone with shoulder charge. Its in a weird position and can use a redo. The Transfusion perk is a weird perk to add on it. Remove it or change it with like a decreased melee cooldown on all melees, gain 2 melee charges and gain both on respawn. Its not broken, its fairly decent because it takes two punches to kill a guardian.
