It comes down to majority use. A lot of hunters were being used before patch so people thought it needed a nerf because they kept getting killed by hunters but it makes since since most people were playing as a hunter your probably going to get killed more by hunters. Well after the patch a majority of hunters switched to Titans and now everyone is getting killed by Titans because you have your Titan main players and then you have your hunters that are switching to Titans and then you have your other players that are hyped for RoI so they want to make a Titan. Since Titan is getting the majority of use now people want it nerfed because they are getting killed by them more.
