Because they can't. They're not Bungie employees and have no power to ban anyone in Destiny. Their only realm of power is these forums, and naming and shaming is a bannable offense, so they removed the names.

And you know why they are forum ninjas right? They are sucking on bungies proverbial right nut in hopes they can guzzle jizz like Cozmo and Deej and get paid for it this time all while ignoring their actual job
