Fabian Strategy:The Fabian strategy is a gun that shows potential, however it is very underwhelming and it doesn't feel exotic like the Tlaloc and Ace of spades. A simple fix would be to not change the impact when in turns into bullet hose mode. This won't be overpowered because of its low magazine that gets drained quickly and its stability which isn't stellar whatsoever. Tlaloc keeps its impact why can't the Fabian?
Immobius:This weapon is hands down the worst in the game. It's main perks are so subclass specific that it's pretty dumb. You have to first of all be a Defender Titan AND you can only have Armor of light! Oh yea that one useless perk Surrounded needs to go too. So a fix for this would be to make it so that it works for all bubble types and replace surrounded with full auto.
If you have any other ideas feel free to share and bump this in hopes that Bungie could see. Thanks :)
Edit1: possible buff idea for Immobius is that it's main perks will work while under the effects of AoL, BoL, or WoL. Meaning if you have any of these active even if your outside bubble ammo will be refunded.

I had a really good idea for the Immobius. Well, for starters, it's a complete redesign. See below for my reason why.
All the other class-exclusive weapons (including the Fabian) can be used with all 3 subclasses, in fact the Susanoo is designed to use all 3 subclasses. Yet, with the Immobius, the "bouncer" perk only triggers when, "Getting kills while inside your Ward of Dawn with Armor of Light do not consume ammo." So let's get this straight, the perk is useless on a Striker or Sunbreaker, you can't use Blessing of Light or Weapons of Light, and it has to be a kill. None of the other class-exclusive weapons are this specific… why should this weapon be as well? End rant.
Alright, whether you read that or not let's get started. First, we'd change the RoF and Impact to match that of "The Next Big Thing" crucible vendor shotgun or the Dead Orbit shotgun the "Patch-A". Next, change the "Surrounded" perk to "Close and/or Personal" Now finally, with the Bouncer perk, instead of having to get kills while inside Ward of Dawn with Armor of Light, it would be "Getting kills with this weapon will instantly refresh your melee charge" Other changes to stats like range, reload, ammo, etc. Can be altered, but I have no specifics. Additional info.
The perks of the changed Bouncer perk, when combined with Close and/or Personal, can be very dangerous given the scenario. For example, you shotgun an enemy in the Crucible, but he lives. The Bouncer perk doesn't trigger, but with the Close and/or Personal perk, quickly meleeing your target will guarantee a kill, whether you have a charged melee or not. Or you kill someone, both Close and/or Personal and Bouncer trigger, and you melee someone before Close and/or Personal runs out, you could potentially get an easy double kill. Using this gun while playing as a Defender with the No Backup Plans equipped, depending on which perk should trigger first, every kill with the gun could give you Force Barrier. Bungie would just need to make it so Bouncer triggers before No Backup Plans do.
How about, instead of changing rate of fire, it increases damage, so they'll have the increased stability, without it being countered by the rof increase

Edited by startrekker96: 7/25/2016 9:44:39 AMImmobius is a well-rounded shotgun statswise, but everything else about it is thoroughly disappointing. Surrounded only really works when you're being rushed by 3 or more, and even then the gun only really works with one perk specific to the most underutilized subclass in the game. I'd suggest replacing this with either Rangefinder or Life Support/Rescue Mag. Fabian Strategy is hardly on par with other ARs of the same archetype (mid-RoF), let alone high-RoF autos when close. EDIT: In fact, it's barely even worthy of being called an exotic weapon. The Titan-specific weapons are just too situational to be good.. #Bungie #Destiny: change the Bouncer perk to work with overshields of any type - that way you'd see more use for the Sunbreaker's Fire Keeper perk and increase the effectiveness of a p1ss-poor excuse for a shotgun that I'd be proud to use again.

It's actually a really good point about Tlaloc keeping the impact while the Fabian Strategy does not. That alone warrants a relook into the special perk.
-
That's definitely a better option for Immobis. But it still sucks that the titan legendary is specific to 1 subclass. Both susanoo and still piercer are great and the can be used on any subclass plus don't require a super to activate it's perk.
-
Ace of spades feels like excotic even fatebringer felt 5x better
-
For the Immobius, replace surrounded with Range Finder and allow the exotic perk to trigger inside of any bubble, but with Armor of Light you can shooting through the bubble for slightly decreased damage.
-
Dismantled Immobious, is there a way to get it back?
-
To keep the impact Id say you should be closer than normal "close" with that gun then. That damage would be devastating. As for immobus surrounded makes sense forbthe scenario that gun is used but honestly the entire gun sounded like it was made on paper to sound good and then never tested extensively

I honestly think fabian just needs a different perk entirely. You have to be within shotgun range for the perk to activate. that's not advisable in pvp or pve especially with a bullet hose. Immobius should have infinite ammo while in the bubble regardless of what perk type. People already don't enter bubbles often. If they see you whip out a shotty they know you probably have armor of light on as well. I think if you have weapons/blessing of light effect on you kills should have a chance to refund you ammo. But like that chance is slightly higher then performance bonus.

Fabian is crap... should have max shooting rate, just like arminius, doctrine or soulstealer... and at close range a boost on dmg. The shotgun... first of all, is solar, wtf... should be void to work with void subclass, aside that, is the only legendary attached not to a subclass, but to a single perk on that subclass, and the one no one uses. (3 Legendary marks)

Immobius is a good shotgun, even though its perks suck. Field scout is absolutely amazing since the reserve nerf. I would not complain if they change the perks, however, what you are suggesting is that it still only be useful for one class in PVE, which is not the case for the other two class specifics. Fabian Strategy should lose a bit of impact when it procs, but not down to what it is currently. Doing 20 damage at that rate of fire would be a bit much. Tllaloc doesn't lose damage because it only procs when your super is fully charged, Fabion strategy provides a bonus within range regardless.

Are you crazy lol, Immobius is beast, I'd say change the Glasshouse to include Armor of Light. I still wear it so people think I'm running weapons, then I kill them and their friends, it's so fun. I'll be doing this in Iron Banner on both PS4 and XBone tomorrow

TRIGGERED. Real talk, though; Immobius is beyond f#cking disappointing.
-
I wasn't aware the Fabian's impact decreased as the RoF increased, damn. I thought that made the weapon very interesting. Question 1: Did the DPS get nerfed along with the other 100% RoF ARs? I hope not. Between the first DPS nerf of 2.5 and the latest nerf of an additional 6.0%. A total of 8.5% nerf has been enough to steer me away from my Arminius (sad). Question 2: I could've swarn I saw the Fabian having 58 round mags while watching Datto do KF when the raid was new. Am I wrong?

Sense the legendary class exclusives are pretty much "exotic'' I think immobius should have came with shot package
-
I'd I know im in the minority, but I quite like FS. It does need some work though. It's got a big ass piece of metal strapped to the front. Have it buff armor for a start. And immobius is so class specific, it's like it should have been a yr1 or PoE gun, when everyone had st 14 with b/aol. One of the problems with the new subclasses is finding old exotics that work with them. These guns could have filled those gaps nicely. Tialoc is great with voidwalker though :)
-
Immobious perk should work while maintaining an over shield. this would allow it to work out side of the bubble and good for Sunbreakers as well.
-
Just stop lol
-
First of all a gun that was named after a strategy based on avoiding combat should probably suck. Buff the name first.

Are you kidding?! AoL is beast in PvP!
