should sell Chroma
it makes sense
it adds purpose to an underutilized NPC
or better yet, chroma shouldn't even be an Inventory Item
just visit Eva and have her paint your gear directly
less useless currencies clogging up this game

I doubt we'll see a way to buy chroma unless it involves silver. Chroma will most likely stay in Sterling Treasure boxes. What would be nice to see would be a way to exchange chroma. So for example I could change some of my white chroma for some green and vice versa. It would also be nice to be able to do the same with rep boosters.
