With those grenades, melee abilities, and heal on solar-kill? Dude, no. Everything else you said had merit though, so you'll get upvote. 1-hit Kill is fine, it is high risk. The only real change that could be made to SC is the tracking. It's tracking is on par with Arc Blades and a lot of the time becomes unavoidable even if you properly evade. I've been killing multiple times at the height of my jump (Hunter) from a SC that was initiated on the ground.
