I agree but I will leave it on this note. No person should have the ability to not get punished for being bad at something in a game.

Agreed 100% I guess Rof decrease and an extreme cone cone like on hand cannons. That is a weapon type that no longer rewards precision. Just RNG if you land a shot or not

That's another thing though I agree hand cannons should award precision shot, but now hit detection is off on all guns.
