I'll reconsider it, but not sure about replacing survivalist with a cloak. It does seem like it upsets that balance you mentioned, but Warlocks do get an Evade and Titans would have gotten a Blink but I ran out of space to mention that. Cataclysm was suppose to kill any stragglers or at least deal a majority of a weak tethered target's health. It was suppose to cure those moments when you use shadow shot and none of your teammates shoot anything, so it becomes a wasted super.
