Im sorry but a sniper rifle should kill in 1-2 shots.
An easy solution would be to add sway so follow up shots take longer.
Ultimately though you should really just change your stratagy. Try to not stand in one spot.

Edited by Atlas: 7/1/2016 9:27:40 PMThat the thing any skilled player knows how to avoid lanes and snipers but that still doesn't fix the issues. For example even if every person does everything in their power to confer snipers "git Gud" doesn't mean the issue doesn't exist.
