Fix Uffern HC4
It's the Omolon hand cannon with firefly and luck in the chamber. My game freezes almost everything these 2 percs proc together. On my warlock.

@DeeJ @Cozmo Why has this bug not been fixed? I just picked up Uffern HC4 from the Gunsmith this morning only for my bro to inform me, "That hand cannon is broken." A bug like this should only last a few days before you guys squish it. Support your game. Please don't leave crap like this rot for months before fixing it.
