Micros fund services by the live team that would include, SRL, FotL, and CD, patch 2.0, maybe even the April Update, heck you can probably throw in IB too. It's a time controlled event and somebody had to turn in on and off right? They are the ones that rolled out patch 2.3 when be th guys running the show when the division of legacy consoles phase in. Anyway my point is that Bungie [b]never ever[/b]said that micros would pay for [i]any[/i] sort of dlc including RoI.
