What if Bungie just gave Hard Light and Bad JuJu elemental damage?

Just hear me out. When TTK dropped, Elemental Primaries were almost completely removed from the current weapon set save for one: Zhalo Supercell. Zhalo is currently the only Primary Weapon that deals out Elemental Damage, in the form of Arc Damage. That's all well and good, but it leaves a balance to be desired. My personal opinion (and that of more than a few other people) is that there should be more than just one Primary that does one type of Elemental Damage. Making all Trials and Raid Primaries would be disastrous and destroy weapon diversity again, but having three Exotic Primaries and only three Exotic Primaries would allow all three Elemental Damages return to the Primary slot while not throwing weapon diversity into the trash. Now, at this point you may be saying "Why not just allow the Vex Mythoclast and Necrochasm into the Y2/Y3 weapon table?" The answer to that is quite simple: Bungie has said time and time again that the only way they're bringing the Raids and their respective gear sets back is if it makes sense with the current time, setting, and story of the game; which is why PoE came back when it did. And since VoG and CE aren't going to be brought back for a while, it'd make sense to give up hope on the Necrochasm and Mythoclast coming back any time soon as well. Not to mention, those two guns coming back wouldn't do much to solve our problem with Elemental Primaries. Mythoclast has Solar Damage, sure; but Necrochasm does Arc, which leaves a Void Primary unaccounted for. That's where Hard Light and Bad JuJu come in. Both guns already have a great lore standpoint and explanation for dealing Solar and Void Damage, respectively. Hard Light fires superheated polymers in the form of what essentially equates to molten plastic, so that dealing heat/fire damage (Solar Damage) is pretty much a physics no-brainer. Bad JuJu was built by Toland using Hive sorcery and weapons tech as its basis, so that particular gun dishing out Void rounds wouldn't be entirely unfounded logically. Both of these guns are also fairly unused, so them gaining a new purpose and ability in the form of Elemental Damage would give them more of a reason to be used while not being overused; as they still take up an Exotic slot and we can very clearly see that just because it does Elemental Damage doesn't mean it's going to be overused (*CoughCough* Zhalo.) TL;DR Bad JuJu should do Void Damage and Hard Light should do Solar Damage, because balance and shit. Thoughts?
