Heavy, armored footsteps that could only belong to a Space Marine was heard behind you. You turn to see, unsurprisingly, a Space Marine. He wore a very rare set of Power Armor, a Mark VIII "Errant" set. It was painted fully black, the lenses of his helmet glowing red. His entire left arm, pauldron, and gauntlet was silver and stone-like, lined with gold and embellished with the golden symbol of Deathwatch. This member of Ordos Xenos towered at 8'0, a Tyranid skull laid on his right shoulder pauldron. Strangely, he bore no mark of any Chapter, he was a Black Shield. A Black Sheild was a member of the Deathwatch, or Ordos Xenos, that cut all ties of their previous Chapter before being seconded to Deathwatch. Along with his Power Armor, he wore blood-red robes over it. Not only was this mysterious Space Marine a Black Shield but also a Keeper. Keepers were very important, and easily recognized. A Keeper was not only a Veteran Space Marine, but also had the combined roles of a Librarian, Apothecary and a Techmarine. The Space Marine had a Nemesis Force Staff in his right hand, and a Plasma Pistol in his left. He released a torrent of electricity from his staff, and fired shots from his sidearm at the Heretics the Angry Marine was engaging.
